Conversion rate optimization

CRO for businesses that already have traffic

Diagnose the leak, fix the experience, and measure whether more visitors become customers.

Zqdo runs conversion work on Shopify storefronts and on lead-gen websites. If people arrive and leave, the next dollar is usually better spent on the page than on more ads.

The service

What CRO is for

Conversion rate optimization is the practice of increasing the percentage of visitors who take a meaningful action: purchase, quote request, call, or booking.

On Shopify that often means product pages, collections, cart, and trust. On a local or content site it means service clarity, proof, forms, and mobile call paths. That is the same pattern we used on Tushbaby PDPs—buy-box trust and hierarchy first—and on AuraOX, where category architecture and conversion-focused recommendations sit next to discovery content.

We do not treat CRO as a popup lottery. We look at analytics, session behavior, page structure, and the development constraints of the CMS so recommendations can actually ship.

Who it’s for

Who this is for

Best when you have traffic and a conversion problem, not when nobody can find you yet.

  • Shopify brands with sessions that do not become orders
  • Local businesses whose site gets visits but few calls
  • Teams running ads onto weak landing pages
  • Companies that have tested randomly and need a system

Problems we solve

Problems CRO solves

These are conversion problems, even when they get labeled as marketing problems.

  • Traffic but no sales

We diagnose PDP, trust, shipping, and funnel issues before you raise ad spend.

  • High bounce on key pages

Message match, speed, and first-screen clarity are usually the first fixes.

  • Forms and checkout feel like work

Friction is mapped and removed in the order that affects revenue.

  • Tests without a hypothesis

We only test when the change is uncertain. Obvious UX issues just ship.

What’s included

What CRO includes

A conversion engagement is research plus implementation, not a PDF of opinions.

  • Conversion diagnostic

Analytics, key templates, and a prioritized issue list.

  • Page and funnel fixes

Copy, layout, proof, and CTA changes on the pages that matter.

  • Shopify CRO

Product pages, collections, and storefront experiments.

  • Implementation

Theme or website changes so the work is not stuck in slides.

FAQ

CRO FAQs

  • Is this only for Shopify?

No. Shopify CRO is a major practice because of existing search demand, but we also optimize lead-generation websites for local and professional businesses.

  • Do you always A/B test?

No. High-confidence usability issues should ship. Testing is for changes that could reasonably go either way or that are expensive to reverse.

  • How is this different from web design?

Design sets the system. CRO improves the live system using behavior and revenue data. Many projects include both.
