Migration
Moving to Shopify is a catalog, URL, app, and checkout project. We map redirects and merchandising before theme aesthetics.
Shopify platform services
Development, conversion, performance, Flow, and ongoing storefront work for merchants who need a technical partner.
Shopify is Zqdo’s deepest platform practice. Existing search visibility already clusters around development, CRO, speed, Flow, and cost. This hub is the commercial front door for that work.
The service
Shopify is where ecommerce operations, theme engineering, and conversion work meet. We build and improve storefronts that marketing can merchandise and that operations can run.
A platform page should not be a generic CMS comparison. This page exists to route you to the Shopify service that matches the job: build, convert, speed up, automate, or maintain.
Other platforms—Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace—use the same commercial template. Shopify ships first because the demand and delivery depth are already there.
Who it’s for
Merchants and teams that need Shopify work beyond the app store.

Process
We look at the live store before we propose a rebuild.
01
Theme, apps, conversion, and speed in one pass.
02
Name the job: build, convert, speed, or automate.
03
Ship on staging with reviewable changes.
04
Keep a backlog. Shopify stores are not one-and-done.
Moving to Shopify is a catalog, URL, app, and checkout project. We map redirects and merchandising before theme aesthetics.
After launch, CRO and speed usually outperform another visual pass. We keep those as named services so they do not get lost inside “more Shopify work.”

No. Shopify is the deepest platform practice because that is where demand and delivery already concentrate. We also design and develop on other CMS platforms, especially for local businesses.
We implement and evaluate apps, and we build custom features in-theme or via APIs when that is the better path. Dedicated public app products are a different engagement.
Start with Shopify development if the theme is the blocker, CRO if traffic is already there, or speed if the store feels slow. If you are unsure, a consultation is the faster path than picking the wrong page.
Share the store and the outcome. We will point you to development, CRO, speed, Flow, or a combined plan.
