Integrations and automation

Connect the website to the rest of the business

Forms, CRM, email, inventory, and Shopify Flow—built so operations do not depend on someone remembering to export a CSV.

Zqdo implements integrations and automations that attach to real workflows. The goal is fewer dropped leads, fewer manual tags, and fewer tools that do not talk to each other.

The service

Automation that survives contact with operations

Integrations fail when they are treated as a checkbox. A form that emails someone is not a CRM. A Flow that fires on the wrong trigger creates more work than it saves.

We map the workflow first: what event happens, who needs to know, what system is the source of truth, and what should never be automated without a human review.

Shopify Flow is a major part of this practice for ecommerce. Local businesses often need the quieter version: quote forms into a CRM, missed-call handling, and review requests that actually send.

Who it’s for

Who this is for

Teams drowning in manual steps after an order, a form fill, or a support ticket.

  • Shopify brands that underuse Flow
  • Businesses whose leads sit in an inbox
  • Operators stitching apps together with spreadsheets
  • Companies adding AI-assisted workflows with human review

Problems we solve

Problems integrations solve

If the website is the front door, the back office still has to receive the visitor.

  • Leads never reach the CRM

Forms, hidden fields, and routing are implemented as a system, not a plugin default.

  • Staff do the same tagging every day

Flow and similar tools can own the repetitive path once the rules are correct.

  • Apps overlap and fight

We reduce the stack and keep a single owner for each job.

  • AI was added without a workflow

We attach automation to a named process with review steps where quality matters.

FAQ

Integrations FAQs

  • Can you work with the tools we already have?

That is the default. We do not start by selling a new stack. We connect what you already run unless a tool is clearly the bottleneck.

  • Is Shopify Flow enough?

For many operational tasks, yes. When Flow cannot reach a system, we use apps or custom API work. The decision is based on the workflow, not the trend.

  • Will you automate customer support with AI?

We will automate drafts, tagging, and routing with review where quality matters. We do not put unreviewed AI in front of customers as a substitute for support.

Tired of copy-paste operations?

Describe the workflow that eats the most time. We will tell you whether Flow, a CRM connection, or custom work is the right fix.
